AppPilot — Responsible Use and AI Guidance Notice
1. Purpose of AppPilot
AppPilot provides software assistance and AI-supported guidance for working with applications and websites. Its guidance is not legal, financial, tax, medical, or other regulated professional advice.
2. Lawful and Authorized Use
You must use AppPilot in compliance with applicable laws and the terms, policies, and access restrictions of every website, application, or AI service you use.
You must have authorization to access the relevant accounts, systems, and data. AppPilot does not grant permission to bypass security controls, access restrictions, or restrictions on automated activity. Technical ability to perform an action does not establish permission to perform it.
3. Review of Guidance and Actions
AI-generated guidance, screen highlights, and form checks may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or directed at the wrong control. A form check does not certify that information is correct, complete, or legally compliant.
You must review the intended destination, information, and consequences before authorizing or performing an action, including submitting forms, publishing content, sending communications, making payments, changing settings, or deleting data.
4. Prohibited Use
You must not use AppPilot for fraud, impersonation, unauthorized access, unlawful surveillance, unlawful or unsolicited bulk messaging, infringement of intellectual property or privacy rights, or circumvention of security controls.
5. Data and Permissions
You must have the necessary rights, permissions, and lawful basis for information you provide or authorize AppPilot to process, including information belonging to customers, employees, or other individuals.
Do not expose passwords, authentication codes, payment credentials, or other confidential information unnecessarily. AppPilot’s collection, use, disclosure, and retention of personal information are governed by its Privacy Policy and applicable law. Your obligations do not replace AppPilot’s own privacy and security obligations.
6. Third-Party Services
Third-party websites, applications, and AI services have their own terms, fees, policies, and restrictions. Their interfaces and availability may change, which can affect AppPilot’s compatibility or guidance.
References to third-party names or trademarks identify the relevant services and do not, by themselves, indicate affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.
7. Results and Limitations
AppPilot does not guarantee that a particular task will succeed, that a third party will accept a submission, or that use of the software will produce sales, profits, regulatory compliance, or any other specific outcome.
These limitations do not override express commitments in your agreement with AppPilot or rights provided by applicable law.
8. Responsibility and Legal Rights
You are responsible for your unlawful conduct, unauthorized use, and the instructions and submissions you choose to make through AppPilot.
This notice does not transfer responsibility for AppPilot’s own conduct to you. It does not exclude liability or restrict warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
9. Related Policies and Contact
